"Pricing was literally not clear enough"
I didn’t love how the pricing was presented. It felt unclear, and I only figured out the actual cost later on in the process. Maybe I missed it, but it should be way more obvious before you spend time uploading everything. It literally just left me annoyed and not great about using the service.

It looked okay overall, but, like, my arms just seemed a bit too long, so the body proportions felt kinda off to me.

For some reason, the poses just keep repeating. I was hoping for more variety, but it feels like I’m seeing the same ones over and over.

"Just didn’t look real to me"
Maybe I’m a bit picky about this stuff, but the pictures looked fake to me. The skin and eyes especially felt off, and I couldn’t really get past it. I was expecting something that looked more like actual photos.

The photo guidance was clear, so I can’t totally blame them, but a few of my uploads still got rejected. I probably didn’t nail the lighting or angles the way they wanted. The final pictures came out decent, just not as impressive as I was hoping. It also took a little longer than I expected, which was kind of annoying...

"Refund policy made me lose trust"
The refund rules felt really unfair to me. I went in expecting things to be handled reasonably, but the way it worked out left a bad impression. It’s frustrating because situations like this make it hard to trust the company again...

"Wouldn’t Trust It for Resume Photos"
I tried using it for a resume headshot, and it just looked a bit fake. My skin came out way too smooth, and the suit looked kind of off too. Based on that one try, I’d assume it’s probably not great for professional stuff like job applications.

"Limited options and confusing results"
I tried changing up the look, but there just weren’t many style options to work with. What made it more frustrating was that it seemed like it accepted my choices at first, then kind of ignored them anyway. So I wasn’t sure if I was doing something wrong or if it just wasn’t working right. Annoying overall.

"Not really worth the moneu"
I paid for this thinking the results would be decent, but it just felt like a waste. The photos came out kinda weird and weren’t much better than cheaper apps I’ve already tried. For the price, I really expected a lot more. I wouldn’t buy it again tbh.

I got annoyed fast. There just aren’t many backgrounds to choose from, and the ones that are there feel kind of boring. I didn’t want to sit there endlessly trying to make it work.

"Frustrating to use"
I tried using the site for about ten minutes, but it kept freezing on me and I couldn’t figure out the menus without getting annoyed. After running into the same issues a few times, I just gave up and left.

"Too many weird artifacts in the photos"
I tried Ideal Photos hoping I’d get a few solid headshots. Maybe something I could actually use. But a lot of them came back looking strange.
Hands looked melted. Teeth were weird. Some backgrounds had random blurry spots too. Not just one or two. A bunch of them. So sorting through everything got annoying.
For the price, I expected better. Simple as that. Maybe it works great for other people, but mine needed way too much fixing

"Photos weren’t as sharp as I hoped"
I tried idealphotos.com hoping I’d get some clean, professional-looking shots, but the results were underwhelming. A few of the photos came back looking soft, kind of overly edited, and not as natural as I expected.
The waiting part made it more frustrating too, because by the time I finally got them back, I was already expecting something better. They’re not completely unusable, but for the price I really thought the quality would be sharper. Maybe other people have better luck with different photos, but mine just looked a bit off.

"Why is the hair always a little off?"
The photos were mostly fine, but the hair kind of threw me off. My actual haircut is shorter and more layered, and in a few of the pics it looked way too thick and shaped differently, which was annoying because hair is such a big part of recognizing yourself. Like, the images weren’t bad, and some actually looked nice, but they didn’t always feel like me. It’s decent if you’re okay with a few small changes here and there, but yeah… the hair accuracy definitely needs some work.

The photos turned out nice overall, and I was glad they offered revisions because the first version wasn’t exactly what I thought I was getting. I was a bit confused at first, like maybe I explained something wrong or misunderstood the process. They did make the changes after I asked, which I appreciated, but it took a little longer than I expected. Not a bad experience, I just wish the first round had been a bit closer.

"Turnaround took way too long"
I ordered from idealphotos.com thinking it would be a quick process, but the turnaround time ended up being really frustrating. I kept checking my email for updates and it felt like I was just waiting around with no real idea of what was going on.
When you’re paying for something like this, you kind of expect to be kept in the loop, but I felt brushed off. The photos might be fine once they finally arrive, but the wait really took the excitement out of it for me. If you need them anytime soon, I wouldn’t count on it.

"Checkout was a total pain"
Tried to pay and the payment page kept crashing or failing on me. the whole checkout setup felt like a dumb mess, and I gave up after wasting way too much time on it.

There were definitely a few nice looks I liked, especially some of the simple everyday pieces, but I was expecting a little more variety. The options felt kind of limited if you’re into different styles or want to mix things up more.

Never was I given the full discription of what the end would be hurt and bruising like really bad and no results.”
